We use plasma cutting to cut thick sheets with the possibility of bevelling. We subject the components to the shot blasting process, which gives them appropriate roughness, texture and increases adhesion for further powder coating. The elements are punched on revolver punching machines with simultaneous profiling. The shape is given by the bending process on edge presses. The details are stamped on presses up to 500 tons, as well as laser cutting, grinding and assembly processes.
