  • Telephone contact

    Before we invite you to an interview, we first call and conduct a short telephone interview with you.

  • Technical task

    If the position requires it, we will ask you to perform a technical task that will test your skills in practice.

  • Recruitment interview

    During the interview we will tell you about the position and about the company. We will ask about your professional experience, motivation and plans for your professional future. We will also ask about organisational issues, e.g. your availability, financial expectations.
